Transcript Requests
To request a hearing transcript, submit your request through eScribers .
Cleveland Housing Court does not provide audio copies of hearings at this time. Only written transcripts are available.
Information to include in your request
Please include as much of the following information as possible:
- Case number
- Exact hearing date
- Exact hearing time
- Name of the judge or magistrate
- Case caption, such as John Doe v. Jane Doe
- Hearing type, such as virtual or in person
- Any other relevant identifying information
Attorneys and members of the public may use the Cleveland Municipal Court Odyssey Portal to look up case information.
eScribers will contact you directly about any fees associated with your transcript request.
If you need a transcript for an appeal, you must file the original bound paper transcript with the Cleveland Municipal Clerk of Courts.
