Judge W. Moná Scott and Cleveland Housing Court will hold a Landlord Workshop on Saturday, June 28th, 2025, at Greater Cleveland Food Bank. The community event will provide information important to landlords and property managers.
The event will occur from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at 15500 S. Waterloo Road, Cleveland, OH. Registration is required.
In addition to Judge Scott and Housing Court staff, participants will include representatives from Cleveland Housing Court Magistrates, Cleveland Housing Court Specialists, Cleveland Department of Building & Housing, City of Cleveland Code Enforcement Prosecutors, Cuyahoga County Treasurer’s Office, Fair Housing, and Lead Safe Cleveland.
The program will feature speakers, an audience Q&A session, and information tables. Topics will include landlord responsibilities, state landlord/tenant laws, City of Cleveland Residents First laws, City of Cleveland’s building, health, fire & safety codes, City of Cleveland’s Lead Safe Ordinances, navigating Virtual Housing Court, and more.
