Judge W. Moná Scott and Cleveland Housing Court will hold a Landlord Workshop on Saturday, October 11th, 2025, at Greater Cleveland Food Bank. The community event will provide information important to landlords and property managers.
The event will occur from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at 15500 S. Waterloo Road, Cleveland, OH. Registration is required. Stay tuned for the registration link which will be posted 9/1/25
In addition to Judge Scott and Housing Court staff, participants will include representatives from Cleveland Housing Court Magistrates, Cleveland Housing Court Specialists, Cleveland Department of Building & Housing, City of Cleveland Code Enforcement Prosecutors and Inspectors, Cleveland Fire Dept. and more.
The program will feature speakers, an audience Q&A session, and information tables. Topics will include landlord responsibilities, state landlord/tenant laws, City of Cleveland Residents First laws, City of Cleveland’s building, health, fire & safety codes, City of Cleveland’s Lead Safe Ordinances, navigating Virtual Housing Court, and more.
