Judge W. Moná Scott and Cleveland Housing Court will hold a Housing Resource Clinic on Thursday, May 22nd, 2025 , with Cleveland Councilman Danny Kelly in Ward 11 at St. Ignatius Church of the Antioch. The community event will provide information important to tenants, landlords and property owners.
The event will take place from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at 10205 Lorain Avenue , Cleveland. It is free and open to the public.
In addition to Councilman Danny Kelly, Judge Scott, and Housing Court staff, participants will include representatives from the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland, Lead Safe Cleveland Coalition, Benjamin Rose Institute, CHN Housing Partners, Step Forward, the Cuyahoga County Treasurer’s Office – Property Taxes, and the Cuyahoga County Great Estates Program. City of Cleveland departments—including the Department of Aging; Utilities (Water, Water Pollution Control, Cleveland Public Power); the Building and Housing Inspector; and the Fair Housing Center—will also be in attendance.
The program will feature speakers, an audience Q&A session, and information tables. Topics will include landlord/tenant rights, housing and building code enforcement, public health code enforcement, rental assistance, Right to Counsel, city utilities programs, virtual courtroom access, lead safety law, and more.
