- Moving companies interested in being added to the list must complete the Movers Application and submit required supporting documentation.

Apply to Be Added to the Movers List
Moving companies interested in being added to the Housing Court Movers List must submit a completed application and required supporting documentation, including proof of insurance or bond coverage consistent with Court requirements. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
Applications may be returned to the Eviction Office, Justice Center, 1200 Ontario, 3rd Floor, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, next to Courtroom 3A, or emailed to the contacts listed below.
