Welcome to Housing CourtThe Housing Court has jurisdiction over criminal cases involving violations of the City’s housing, building, fire, zoning, health, waste collection, sidewalk and agricultural and air pollution codes. The court also hears civil cases involving landlord/tenant disputes.
