Judge W. Moná Scott to host Virtual Tenant Information Clinic

On Saturday, February 20, 2021 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Judge W. Moná Scott and Cleveland Housing Court will host a virtual event to provide important information to Cleveland and Village of Bratenahl tenants.  

The remote event will address relevant housing matters such as state and local tenant laws, Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Eviction Moratorium Order, COVID-19 Rental Assistance and navigating virtual hearings. 

Attendees can anticipate hearing directly from Judge Scott, The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland and CHN Housing Partners regarding their rights as tenants. “There are ways to prevent evictions during COVID-19” said Judge Scott. “Housing Court remains a transparent community based court and we’re hoping to continue educating residents during this informative event.”
